Your Art Class Enters Whimsism

What is whimsism? I made it up to mean whimsical nonobjective art. There are many "schools" or classifications of different types of contemporary art. There is Pointillism, Cubism, Futurism, Expressionism, Orphism, Rayonism, Vorticism, Suprematism, Constructivism, and Neoplasticism as well as many other additional classifications for abstract art. Non-objective art generally has no linear perspective coupled with a style of art that does not represent specific objects. Because I used specific objects like a flower, heart, and star I call my style whimsical or whimsism. So Your Art Class can get Whimsical too!
